try www.phasehost.co.uk they do really cheap hosting, or free hosting, with really good features, their service is superior 2 nyfin else

When I was looking around, http://www.34sp.com seemed decent enough - £15 a year, including PHP (among others). Can't say anything about it from personal experience, just seems reputable from comments online.
