    All change!

Right then, time for a bit of change here in the HEXUS.gaming review dungeon.

Having spent the last year giving myself a slow tan from my faithful Belinea CRT I've finally made the jump to TFT and not just one TFT, but two of 'em!

Yep, those helpful chaps at SCAN managed to relieve me of a bit of cash and once I;d stopped blubbing told me to expect my two new 19" Hyundai ImageQuest B91As tomorrow morning... or whenever CityLink decide to turn up.

But it's not just that that's change here... apart from the air being soooo much fresher due to this being Day 20 of my bid to stop smoking, I've also switched ISP as well as I found my previous ISP, though reliable to be just too espensive and capping my downloads... When some image files might be 30 or 30 meg, trailers coming in at 2-300meg and demos topping 600meg, I was soon hitting my 2 Gig cap each month and having to pay for the extra...

So now I'm on an uncapped service, I have two new screens on the way and I can smell the colour of the postman's socks.

Oh and one minor thing.. we're also looking for staff! Oh yes, I'm after an accomplice, someone else to sit on their bum and play games and get paid for it!

So if you reckon that's you, have a look at HEXUS.gaming for more info and get your CV in to me sharpish!

Looks a great monitor.... I may be looking for a couple of 19 inchers soon.

Give us a review when they arrive.

Saw your looking for ad on the hexus front site - like your description!

    Well you asked for it!

The new screens are here and up and running....

Oooh, small boxes... I was hoping for something a bit bigger for my money... with bells and flashing lights...

Hmm, gumph, tbh... where's the good stuff?

Ahh, now we're getting somewhere... that looks like the back of flatscreen to me!

Yep, I was right! (Well, it wasn't that hard seeing as it said what it was on the outside of the box!)

Ok, so that looks rather tasty... small footprint too.

And there we go, two screens up and running with my desktop spread across the both... nice!

And here's the HEXUS.gaming office space... with a rather sad four screens all displaying the company logo!

If anyone wants to know why I'm running a CRT for the gaming rig, it's pretty simple. With a CRT I don't have to worry about native resolution support, something which owners of 1280x1024 TFT owners would have to do with Serious Sam 2 and a few other recent FPSs.
