    EU gamecube // Twilight princess / component .. 480p?

I basically have an old edition gamecube with the digital output port a copy of twilight princess EU version and a HDTV. I wish to play this in 480p progressive mode, however ive heard the progressive scan option was taken out of all EU versions of games, is this true?

If anyone has some info on this it would be nice before i splash out £30 on some GC component cables ( which arnt that easy to get ) Or if someone had some GC component cables here that would be a real help

IIRC, yes, it is true. It was replaced with a 60hz option.

That's correct. If you want 480p you need the NTSC game and either an NTSC cube or freeloader.
