Re: Gamecube?
Of course!!! I play with my GameCube every time I can. I have excellent games that I hardly will forget, as Super Mario Sunshine, Zelda Windwaker and Zelda Twilight Princess, Metal Gear Solid Snake, Resident Evil 4, Super Mario Double Dash...
My Nintendo GameCube is one of the best game consoles I ever had. Besides, I should be buying more GameCube games since there are a lot I haven't played, as Eternal Darkness. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A team of successful entrepreneurs credited for Select Wealth System Online Business Opportunity Home Based BusinessSystem Make Money Online A new home-based-business marketing system that provides the strategic high ground for internet marketing. Re: Gamecube?
Eversince I got a Wii the Gamecube has been virtually untouched since the Wii does everything the Gamecube does but better. I find many gamecube games load much faster for some reason on the Wii which is another reason.

Re: Gamecube?
I decided to sell my first gamecube because I bought the wii and convinced myself I could afford it as I could play all my lovely gamecube games on it as well
![]() However.. haven't really played on any gamecube game for a couple of years now; but I still have a brand new mint Pearl White limited edition (with Smash football) sitting in the corner. Only paid £50 for it with an additional controller. Some place was selling it for £35 though recently. |

Re: Gamecube?
Yeah those white Cubes make poor money on Ebay as well. I saw some guy try to sell one for £40 BuyItNow a while back and it got relisted several times. Pity as it looks quite neat
EDIT: Update, he's STILL trying to sell it some months later.. unless he has more than one? Perhaps the £12 delivery is putting people off? |

Thing is I daren't use mine so it's gonna stay all nicely wrapped up (I was going to buy the game then the package was £50 so I thought what the hell!) ![]() |

Re: Gamecube?
Gamecubes are dead cheap nowadays especiallyi if they're second hand. I saw one in gamestation for £14.00! Anyone know how much a second hand wavebird controller costs?

Re: Gamecube?
I bought 4 new wavebird controllers for my GC for £15 each just before the Wii came out.

Re: Gamecube?
?? So now you don't even have to participate in the "community" to get free delivery? That's awful.. I wonder how many register and don't even post now then?
TBH I used to worry about qualifying for the offer but there is more than enough at Hexus forums to keep me genuinely interested. Oh dear, how times have changed! I feel EVEN older... ![]() |

Topic deviation... I believe the discussion threads for the Scan2Hexus rule change have been closed down as there wasn't many useful comment coming from them. Only time will tell. Back to the thread: As for the Gamecube wave bird. I think they crop up for £20 occassionally ![]() |

Re: Gamecube?
A wavebird got given in to the GAME I was temping at over christmas along with a Gamecube that was traded in. There wasnt an official price for it so one of the other workers got to take it home for 50p.
![]() The price in general for wavebirds has gone up tremendously after people started buying them for the Wii. I got one for £20 from amazon back in 2004. I just had a quick check and they're nearly £40 now. The cheapest way to get hold of a wavebird is probably to check if any mates who had gamecubes have one - you might pick one up for the price of a few beers. |
