i'm thinking about this product
hi guys i am thinking about buying this blue led cooling stand and a wii light gun from this webpage. both of them seems pretty cool and cheap. do any of you guys have these accessories?
i was thinking about buy them from pwnsource.com. the cooling stand is only 12 bucks..maybe i should get it..what do you guys think? |

IMO rechargable controller battery packs and extra wiimotes for multiplayer are the only essential accessories for the wii. Also I havent heard of any Wiis overheating so I dont think extra cooling is needed like it might be for the 360. However, as you say those items arent too expensive so maybe...depends how much you like their looks I suppose.

The only uses about 10w of power when on or something stupid like that, the cooling unit probably makes more heat than the wii!

instead of the over-priced rechargable battery packs for the wiimotes, you're better off getting good rechargable AA batteries, as for the price of a two wiimote charging kit, you can get a fast charger and eight high power AA batteries!

That would be cheaper if youre on a tight budget. Personally I prefer to be lazy and never have to take any batteries out and put charged ones in, so I got the rechargeable battery packs for my first two wiimotes. So much for a more active games console.
