Where to buy a Wii from?

I have been out looking to buy a Wii today but everywhere appears to be sold out. Does anyone know where I can get one from?

They seem out of stock everywhere at the moment - I think it could be hard to get one before Christmas

That site lists most of the places that sell wiis in the UK. Sadly nothing in stock at the moment but it usually lists when various places are expected to have stock. Helped me to get hold of one back in February after a couple of months trying.

I ordered one from John Lewis today. The main page said it was out of stock but once you clicked on the wii it said 10+. About an hour or two after ordering I had someone call me up to a do a security check and they then confirm it would be sent out this week :E

No Wii Stock - This is the site I used to track one down. It updates every 60 seconds and it will notify you when it has found one in stock

Wow, nearly a year on and still stock problems with the Wii. I am surprised, thought Nintendo would've upped production.

Thats what I did. I ordered mine inthe morning and it out for delivery today

Got mine from Scan via pre-ordering, the stock came in and sold out in the time it took for them to PM me and tell me they had stock

Bear in mind this is just a guess here, I may be off the mark, but the reluctance about upping production facilities is possibly because that once sales do start to level off a bit, they will be left with too many factories?

Its also possible that the production facilities are adequate and Nintendo are just holding a load of units back so they can release a surge at Xmas. Unfortunately it doesnt do Nintendo much harm to have things go out of stock as it just increases the hype over it, even a year after launch.

Lee, I'm after two Wiis (one for my sprogs and one for a mate's sprogs) for Christmas, but it looks like I can only buy one from Scan. Any way I can buy two and if I do preorder am I guaranteed to get them?

I can't place a preorder and sit back and relax if it's not a dead cert
