Re: Wii Fit
I'd go for it but I'd only spend say £40, no way they're getting £70 out of it for me. It'd be nice to do it on days I don't go to the gym but It'd probably end up gathering dust

Re: Wii Fit
The mini games are the only things I play.
Not tried Yoga or the Muscle workouts. Worth getting though - anyone tried Wii Famliy Ski yet? It can be used with the Fit board. |

Re: Wii Fit
whhooo noob's 1st post.
I have family ski and the wii fit board, its lots of fun I must admit. With the board you can only play a 1 player though, with out it you can play upto 4 players. You have free reign of the mountain and can ski anywhere on it, its good fun chasing your m8's or in my case my kids all over the mountain. There is also mini games to play as well like races etc. With the board you only use your left and right balance, not forwards or back (I dont think anyway). You use the remote and nunchuck as if there were the ski poles, so they make you go faster and also when you go off a jump they make you do tricks. All in all a pretty decent game I thought. |

Re: Wii Fit
Does anyone think the price will come down in the next 12 months? People are still paying £100 for it on eBay. Online shops like Amazon are starting to sell it but they seem to be dribbling it out a few at a time. What's going on there? Are they afraid of their servers getting overloaded or something?

I could get one from work for about £60 but i dont really have the space and i think the novelty will probably wear off quickly with this one. |

Re: Wii Fit
Still using mine, as is the missus, definitely had our money's worth out of it.
Don't use it as frequently as we used to, and yeah, some of the novelty of the games have worn off, but still really like it. A lot of the features are quite handy too. Being able to track your weight on screen is a great feature. |

Re: Wii Fit
I must admit when I bought ours on launch night I barlely used it until the Ski game came out for it. I saw on a E3 video that there is a snowboarding game coming out aswell which uses the board, if looks pretty good aswell. My wife does keep fit and I thought she would use the fitness part of it, but again she has hardly stepped on it.

Re: Wii Fit
I must have missed something. Isn't there a ski game that comes with the Wii Fit? I'm surprised to hear people not liking it. I had assumed from all the demand that it must have been pretty good.
