HEXUS Forum Guidelines.

As such we do not have a “Rules List”. We welcome all members to our forums here.

All that we ask is that people use their common sense when posting, as always there are certain things that we don’t tolerate.

No unnecessary swearing
No insults
No bullying
No warez or piracy discussions at all, this includes illegal peer2peer and BitTorrent files discussion
No advertising without prior permission (contact an administrator for queries or look on www.HEXUS.net under advertising)
The posting of Affiliate links by members in either their posts and/or signatures is now classed as against the usage rules of HEXUS.net UNLESS the affiliate link has come from the master list or from HEXUS provided affiliate link systems.

If you have any grievances or questions, then contact one of the moderators via a PM (Private message)

Above all else, remember the following and I’m sure we’ll all get along just fine.

- Be Nice to each other we are all human
- Do not spam (too much

), we do not all like reading through too many pointless posts.
- Have fun

If we find a post that contravenes these guidelines, then we are likely to edit the post. We (the forum mods) will try to leave a reason as to why the post has been edited, but again, any questions on why a thread has been edited should be sent via PM thru the message board or via msn/email if you have the details.

Images

Apply common sense here, we are a family forum so any nudity in images will not be tolerated. Similarly any other inappropriate material will result in a suspension or ban.

Anyone posting an image which displays obviously underage people in sexual positions as the focus of the image will be suspended or banned. This includes anime images displaying underwear, etc.

Please apply common sense before posting

Signatures

The forum allows each member to have a 'signature' that will automatically appear after each post. This can consist of text, graphics, or a mix of both.
We would be obliged if all members would keep signature graphics and text to a modest size, and follow some basic guidelines as to content.

Size : - Signatures should have a maximum height of 80 pixels (inclusive of text and graphics). Where graphics are used they should have a maximum width of 400 pixels and a file size of 30Kb or under

Content : - Content should not contain any elements likely to be offensive

Please note that while the size guides are not a hard and fast rule, we would be grateful if you could keep more or less to these guidelines. Also note that the board Administrators reserve the right to remove any sigatures, with or without prior notice, that fail to conform and will very likely do so for anything deemed offensive.
