    Question best laptop under £400?

need to do some video editing on it (last laptop was C2D 2.4ghz but mobo died and apparently no replacements available) and general office use.
    Needs discrete GPU.

all other spec open. I know I should spend more but can't, thus advice sought.

    Thanks.
One can never stop saying Thank You

Check the dell outlet mate. updated every weekday between 1pm and 3pm. Good bargains to be found. I have ordered a Dell xps 15z from them.

However you do need to be quick as people go on when new laptops are uploaded and snap them up quickly.

    +1 Dell Outlet.

I recently got an Inspiron i3 for sofa-surfing for £305. 4Gb RAM, NV 525 GPU.
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

Acers tend to be good value for money in that price bracket too.
