    i used to like asus probe.
    anything simple.
    i don't want speedfan.

    Never liked Asus probe, only good for voltage.
    I use Core Temp and just started using CPUID .Seems to be a good ap.

    Everest is pretty sweet, though you could always go for CoreTemp (as mentioned above), or the Intel Thermal Monitor. Have a look at Clunk's overclocking thread - there are temp monitoring suggestions in there.

    Out of interest why not Speedfan? I rather like it.

    And I found the Asus probe to be clunky and unreliable.

    It's odd that Asus (and most other top end manufacturers) can do so much right when it comes to setting everything up in the BIOS and they still ship it with such poor support software.

    nah cause i want just taskbar temps and i don't think uguru does that does it? i'm using coretemp again now anyway
