    Windows update server

I've read that you can set up a kind of internal windows update server which will download all the updates required for machines on your network then distribute them to them, but I cant seem to find any sort of guide to set this up? I found some entries in the policy editor on my windows 2003 standard machine to enter the location of the server where it can get the updates from but I just need a way to set the server up.
Do any of you know how to do this as doing it would save so much time have to remember to run windows update then download each update more than once etc.

    Thanks

512MB of RAM is a pretty high requirement

If I only have 512MB in my server, is it going to take it all, or only occupy it when rolling out updates.
