Download cpu-Z if you don't have it already and check that the RAM timings and voltage are being shown correctly in windows. Double check that XMS in the bios is off and the sub-timings are set manually (even if auto defaults them to what they should be).

No idea to be honest mate, never even heard of that before so ill have to look around for it

All I will say is that I have changed nothing in the bios from new. All settings are at auto.

Hmm that does seem slightly low. I think from memory it should be at least within .5V of the ram voltage. Will need to check that this is the case.

Bump your VCCIO voltage to 1.150 to see if helps with stability.

bloody sandy bridge, its all different from the x58 chipset, i had better bow out of the settings as i know sod all about them.

Another BSOD there now while browsing the web . . . . . It seems everytime I get a BSOD its something new. So going by the reports, everything is broke . . . .

Yes i did and set the correct voltage and timings for ram and it still failed intel burn test.

I ran Prime 95 blended test for an hour and half to see if any errors would pop up and they didnt. I will run it while im at work so it has more time.

Baffled really.
