    Outlook 2003

For the love of God (and me not pulling my hair out)

I have outlook 2k3 running at work. In our public folders we have a dynamic contacts list which gets updated regulary. I want to be able to see this list in my outlook contacts section under "other contacts". It was this way before, but after a re-install of outlook, I cant work out how to get it back. All google tells me about is other users contacts etc which isnt any good to me.

Does anyone know how to get outlook 2k3 to display the shared contacts in the users contacts list under other contacts ??????

Right click the folder containing the contacts in public folders in the folder list and choose "Add to favourites". Voila. Also if you right click and choose properties, Outlook Address Book, then tick "Show this folder as an email address book", when you click "To" in a new mail message, you'll be able to choose that instead of the Global Address List or Contacts in the Show names from the... box.
