    All the best carved_eye.

    I'm actually planning to do some shuffling, as I also need a server box. To that end I've decided to get the following components, and shuffle some bits with my Corsair Carbide 540 Rig. #Basically,

    * The Strix X99 & the H110i Extreme will go into the Carbide.
    * I'll use the existing H100i v2 + SABERTOOTH TUF, with the following components (6800K) to setup a barebones linux server box at home.

    Barebones Server:
    * Asus SABERTOOTH TUF X99 // Cheaper for me to re-use this than try sell it off.
    * Single 16GB DDR4 RAM kit running in dual-channel.
    * i7 6800K CPU + H100i v2 AIO cooler
    * 256GB NVMe SSD
    * HX750i PSU

    I'll reuse of one my existing ATX cases. #Thoughts?

    Updated my workstation with the new Predator X34

    Got it OC'd to 100Hz with my 5K iMac connecting over HDMI. The GTX 1080 over Display Port.

    Jut for curiosity, why would you guys prefer the 950 pro m2 instead of the SM951 or SM961 they are cheaper and faster the only thing is that it doest have hardware encryption.

    Hey mate - actually, this has now turned into a Productivity/Gaming (Win 10 Pro) box, and the linux side of things have been moved to the Skylake box.

    The Corsair H100i.v2 AIO died suddenly after just 4 months of use and I've had a time with Corsair support.
    I'm hoping to get it shipped out sometime this week for RMA; I replaced the dead AIO with a H115i (same model used in the Skylake box), which is a larger 280mm radiator compared to the 240mm in the H110i.

    Here's a video of the replacement:

    Heh Cheers mate - I need to take some snaps of the new setup, as I've gone for a 'blacked out' semi-stealthy look. Didn't go nuts with RGB. The builds look best at around 10-11 am with the morning sun as I tend to keep my room fairly dark.

    Longer warranty - yup, black PCB too (not that it can be seen). The ROG/TUF Asus armour hides it.

    Side note - I did something strange when partitioning my X99 box, and now I want to reclaim space from a 120GB partition that linux occupies. It's tricky, since the partition order is /boot/efi, then the 120gigs of space.

    I'm planning to order a 960 Pro 512GB stick, to clone the existing stick to (that way I have a sure backup), then keep the `dd` clone in two other places (as a tarball/zip). Once that's done, and some partition shuffling, I'll attempt killing the /boot/efi partition, and re-creating it at the very end.
