I'd say £250 - £300 isn't far off, tbh. There are a lot of new 2GHz C2D laptops in the £400 - £500 range, some with discrete graphics. I think most people looking to buy 2nd hand will be aiming to spend around half of the new price of an equivalent laptop.

How old is it? If it's particularly new then it might raise a bit more than that...

Nah it's not that new, 18 months old. Still in virtually mint condition though, despite my girlfriend's best efforts.

If I had any spare cash I'd be very tempted, but my budget's pretty tight at the minute, since I'm saving up for water cooling bits Good luck with the sale if you go for it, though.

I'll probably stick it on the classifieds in about a fortnight, once I've got the second desktop working... as long as there are two working PCs that have proper keyboards (read: not the HTPC) then we're fine.

I've got no intentions of pre-empting the completion of the desktop build, since I usually fail first-time round, so I'm not in any rush to get rid of it.
