The GTX570 looks a bit better than I expected(the AMP! card has a larger overclock that the card you were looking at).
However,a few things:
1.)The AMD cards have more VRAM which will start to be more important over time(If the GTX570 had at least 1.5GB,it would not be an issue IMHO)
2.)The HD7850 2GB consumes far less power
3.)The HD7850 2GB is known for high overclocking headroom for a reasonable power consumption level.
4.)GCN is relatively new,so there is more room for driver improvements and drivers in the last month or so have improved performance in many games
5.)The Gigabyte card has a quiet cooler
