    how quiet are tagan psu's?

I know Tagan have a good rep for build quality and reliability etc, but im looking to make my pc as quiet as possible. So are they quiet ALL the time? or do they start off OK then turn into a jet engine? I was looking at getting a Seasonic but they have shot through the roof recently. (The 2 psu's below would be ones i was considering) cheers

    530W Tagan 2Force T530-U22 SLi U-Quiet 21db Also support 12v EPS/SATA/XEON 3 Years Warranty ATX/BTX

The fan speeds scale with temps so things like your system temp will have an effect.
According to the specs. max db for the 2Force is 30 & for the Easycon 27db.
I've never really noticed mine (which is good I would say).

Mine's ultra quiet and its powering 2 6800GT's - 8 SATA drives and a DVD writer as well as the usual guppins connected to the motherboard.

Infact - I think the things that make the most noise in my PC are the neon string that emits a whiney noise when the "sound activated" disco mode is switched on

I run one the 480w (original) models - had it about a year and it's very quiet indeed.
