    quick question

    questionS*

Have you ever had a case where you had to run RAM above stock voltage at stock settings in order to get stability?
What would be safe to test as a measure from 1.8v stock? Am I allowed to do such a thing (warranty)?

It actually depends on the memory. If it is Value Select memory it should run easily and stable at 1.8v assuming we are talking about DDR2. However, if it is our XMS or Dominator lines, it will most likely require more than 1.8v.

    Nah it is value select
I just feel like I have tried everything to solve my problem, wouldn't mind voltage bumping a bit just to see if it makes any difference.

Even with VS, it is safe to try up to 2.1v. I'd try it in .1v increments.

Didn't know that, I assumed because stock is 1.8v that bumping it higher would void warranty, obviously it comes as highly not reccomended.
It is just that when you feel like you have tried nearly everything and literally there are only about 5 things a most to try next, I have to try it

Other things are completely different RAM, bump voltages a bit, a different cpu and well yeh nothing after that that I can think of...

Everything passes their tests though, but games just like to crash >_<

It could be heat, graphics driver, or power related. Sounds like you need more testing. Also, check the Event Viewer in Windows and see if it gives a clue.
