    Corsair PC3500 DDR1

I've got a pair of Corsair PC3500 512MB sticks that aren't working stable anymore. They've been run at DDR400 speeds at default SPD for a long time but the system started showing problems recently and I've narrowed it down to the memory. The modules are in good condition and haven't been abused etc.

Is it still possible to RMA such old memory and also what happens when I don't have the receipt due to buying them years ago?

You should use some diagnostic softwares to check your system.

If they are defective, we will certainly replace them for you. However, I would ask that we do a bit of troubleshooting first. Can you list your complete system specifications and your bios settings that relate to CPU, RAM, and voltages.
