I am using a ASUS P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe and I am attemting to install my second pair of TWINX2X2048-6400C4D's giving me a total of 4GB of Memory running on top of Vista x64 Fully Updated and 2 X NVIDIA 8800 GTX's.
Everytime I boot into windows now everything seems unstable. Every now and then explorer crashes or something fails. When I remove the 2GB pair all is well. I tried swapping the two pairs and running them as 2GB sets to see if it was a basic memory issue. All was well. Why is this happening does anyone know? ![]() |

Re: Corsair Dominator Issues
With 4 modules you typically need to raise the NBv and the NB tracking/termination voltage due to the load on the memory controller.
