I've been playing again a little since the patch and have to say I'm finding it fun again - the removal of the auction house seems to have the upshot that more useful gear is dropping for me now, which is nice. Got some cash sitting in my Amazon account, but much like Rox I'm screwed if I'm paying £30 for an expansion pack to tide me over until the Elite: Dangerous beta becomes available to me (I reckon another month or so) and I have 0 time remaining in my already meager budget.

I am just watching blizzard and waiting for the short window they will offer it for a reasonable price. The best "deal " I could find was only 2 dollars cheaper than direct from blizzard.

I have pretty much moved on from Diablo 3 in a lot of ways too so its really hard for me to justify even 20 dollars too the wife lol.

Yeah a good price for the base game (I paid £20 for pre-order), but makes £30 for an expansion 1/4 of the size seem even more ridiculous!

I remember paying £20 years ago for D2:LoD, and that was just 1 act (and 2 classes vs the 1 in RoS). Given inflation over that time, £22.99 for RoS is actually pretty good value!

Even with a new loot system I'm not sure I'll be going back. Made a Barb who was soloing on MP6 and it just got quite repetitive without the unique feel/world of D2. Plus I'm not going to cash out on an expansion for a game that (AFAIK) still hasn't got a competent PVP system.

Played a cheeky hour of RoS on a work machine at lunch time. Quite like Crusader but from level 1 was getting batttered on Expert in Melee (unlike when I levelled recent wizard). Will be playing more tonight.

Jealous - I missed out on the GMG offer above as it'd gone up to £28 just as I had persuaded myself to bite. *sigh* Waiting for the price drop now.

Just finished act 1 on Crusader on Expert with 3 other crusaders steam rolling. Level 24. Eyes kind of hurting. Must be getting old. Going to bed

Having a hard time justifying throwing a wedge down on this when I've got myself embedded into Path of Exile for a while now....

Maybe later I might find a key for 15 quid or less.
