    3) The force unleashed
    4) Dragon age
    5) Legacy of kain defiance

    Mass Effect.
    That one really draws me in, every time.

    Err... that's about it, I think.
    I've started several Dragon Age characters, but never taken them much beyond the first few levels, as it just got boring.

    I have many hours on Skyrim, but have done everything of interest and would not want to repeat it even once.

    Other than that, I tend to put the most hours into persistent universe games, like Elite and Freelancer, although I regard that as continuing play rather than replaying.

    Re: top 5 games

    For replay factor alone (although these aren't strictly my top 5)

    # Any of the Street Fighter series - they don't really age, specially the arcade Alpha/Zero versions

    # Wipeout 3 - I can happily re-sink hours in to this and barely notice the low resolution.

    # Portal 1/2 These would be on my all-time list as well. Wonderful games that suck you in.

    # GTA 5 - I'm looking forward to replaying this on PC in April. I know there's a lot I missed and some of the attention to detail that flew past before will be fun to discover again.

    # Sensible Soccer - was this or a classic PES. But I still play Sensi regularly.

    The rule for making a replayable game for me is either make it unbelievably huge enough to warrant trawling back through to find everything. Or make a well contained, genre defining, tightly written perfectly executed timeless classic. Simples.

    Re: top 5 games

    Don't know about top 5 but I feel Kerbal Space Program is worth a mention. I don't know if I'd say it has replay value per se since there's no completion criteria, but there is so much to do, so many mods, I have about 500 hours logged on steam. I've done a ton of moon landings and find them fun each time.

    i found shadow of Mordor to much messing about on all the mini quests yet found dragon age to be great for all the detail currently on my second play through of it

    Re: top 5 games

    Dungeon Keeper 2
    Age of Empires 2
    Starcraft 2
    Dota 2
    Path Of Exile / Diablo 3
    WarThunder / World Of Tanks

    Those are my go-to games for a while. I'll probably play Dota 2 and Starcraft atleast once per day, with the rest at least once a week.

    Re: top 5 games

    Ah this is a tough one. Even though I haven't had a chance to play Borderlands 2, I've heard that has some hefty replay-ability.
    Anywho, my list would go something like this (currently )
    * TF2
    * Binding Of Isaac: Rebirth (or even the first game!)
    * Risk of Rain
    * LUFTRAUSERS
    * Tribes: Ascend (possibly)
    This is fairly shooter heavy but I have to admit, they've sucked up a lot of hours!

    Re: top 5 games

    For me it is

    Civilization (3 or 4, can't decide)
    Dark Souls (1, but 2 is also very good)
    Elder Scrolls Oblivion (I preferred this one over Skyrim)
    Fallout 3
    Witcher 3 (I also loved the Witcher 2)
