digital camera help needed
Looking to buy a digital camera just to take snaps of this and that, brother has just got a lumix DMC-TZ2 and i like the look of it i was thinking of getting a DMC-TZ3 and i am looking for some help/

What kind of help do you want?
Yes buy it? No dont? If it does what you want it to do and you like the camera then yeah, get it. I have a TZ3 and it's pretty good, although i haven't used it very much yet. |

Really want something that i can carry about with a compact design, keep it in my pocket or glovebox and be able to take some nice pictures. currently using an old dx3700 but its now too big.
the reason i was going for the TZ3 was the 28mm lens and 10x optical zoom, thats as much as i know about cameras and i was hoping someone could either say yes its good for the money(£222) or point me in another direction Thanks Robert Last edited by RobTi; 24-06-2007 at 09:51 AM.. |

it's a tricky one, as there aren't very many cameras in that segment. There are only a few cameras that have longer than about 4x optical.
I looked at the Ricoh R6, but the image quality isn't too hot. have a look on http://www.dpreview.com/ they have a review of the TZ3 at least. |
