was just dicussing this on another forum. we came to the conclusion that most of us had shot in the rain and as long as you wipe off excess then its pretty safe. otherwise its time for a bag and some duck tape and a nice big lens hood.

I tend to try and avoid shooting in the rain... Not because i'm worried about the cam' getting damaged, but because I find it hard to get anything without great big splodges of rain - especially as I tend to shoot upward.
If i'm forced to I tend to just try and find some sort of shelter. Spent a while shooting from under a bridge, cos' it was snowing today! ;o |
