Bargain D70S?
I'm thinking of buying a digital SLR camera and found a refurbished Nikon D70S with lens for £438 delivered.
http://www.cameraworld.co.uk/ViewPro...%20Refurbished The next cheapest price I could find was £529 at Amazon so it looks like a good deal. Any opinions? Would I be better off waiting for the January sales? Last edited by mdg900; 22-12-2006 at 06:22 PM. Reason: Added link |

Depends how much nerve you have.
If you can find a camera store that has had a slow week, or better still a slow January, and a salesman who is desperate to meet is quota you could easily get a very good deal. |

I've got a friend who has bought 2 Nikon refurbs both of which he ended up returning (Nikon even had 2 goes at fixing 1 of them & it still wouldn't work properly). He'll no longer touch anything Nikon. abit IP35 Pro, E6600/NH-12F, X1900XT, FSP 700W abit AB9 QuadGT, E6600/SI-120, 7800GT, FSP 600W abit AX78, 5000+ Black Edition/XP-120, 7800GT, Corsair HX520 My HEXUS.trust abit forums |
