Printing 16:9 and other aspect ratios

Hi, so i want to order a bunch of prints as everything of mine has been floating on hard drives and clouds but I have a lot of photos at 16:9 and some other aspect ratios.
I've had a look at a few online services and they all want to crop these photos! This is annoying because nearly every phone takes 16:9 photos these days and I presume people don't want their photos cropped. Is there a service that can print this ratio, or if not add black bars?

It's been a few years since I used them, but every online service I tried before gave you the option not to crop if you didn't want to, so you simply trimmed the spare paper if you were printing on paper of a different aspect ratio.

yeah i definitely was able o get white backgrounds/bars before... I've found photobox can do it with some more searching. Maybe everything's been dumbed down for the "how do i get rid of the black bars" crowd :/
Would prefer black backgrounds. Maybe i can do do some kind of batch convert to 3:2 but that would be a bit of a pain
