Corsair CX 430 died (v1)

hello,

I bought this Psu 4 month ago

rig specs were
i5 2400
1tb seagate 7200.12
4gb ram

no add-on

it started giving a problem. sometime it worked perfectly sometime dont. sometime it turn on sometime keep restarting before POST fans turn on for few seconds and turn off then turn on turn off. 4 days ago it completely died. So I sent it for warranty. but my vendor said you wont be getting any warranty since its died completely. Will I get warranty in this situation?
