| Anyone else been victim of the Rock group ceasing trading??? Hey guys, I bought a Pegasus Ti gaming laptop from the Rock Group about a year and a half ago, hav'nt had many problems with it untill the PSU went and i had to send it in for repair! After a few weeks I rang up to see what was going down and it turned out the motherboard was being replaced as the old one wouldnt take the new PSU they were trying to fit! They soon told me it would be back with me within a few days! In the end it turns out that Rock Direct went bust and were ceasing repairs and returns untill it is bought out! Brilliant! Anyone else experienced the same sort of thing as me or know what will happen??? Cheers |

| Re: Anyone else been victim of the Rock group ceasing trading??? I would seek a refund from the retailer that sold it to you... If you bought it directly from them, then contact your credit card company asap, they might still be able to do a charge back. |
