    That's quite a lot of cash mate. Personally I would spec up my own system for that sorta money. £2000 would get you:

    4400+
    7800GTX
    PCP&C 510 Sli
    DFI SLi-D
    Audigy ZS
    Crucial Ballistix 2 x 1gb
    Lian Li Case (£200ish)
    Dell 2001 FPW (the 1600 x 1200 one)
    250gb SATA Hitachi/Samsung
    NEC DVD-RW
    Saitek Eclipse Keyboard
    Razor Diamondback Gaming mouse

    And thats not even using US prices

    but that alienware is one seriously cool machine

    bit overpriced though

    surely for 2 grand u can have 2x7800 GTX and and FX57 for banter also?

    with alienware you pay for the service.. and its bloody good service my mate has a laptop from them and it took him 3 days to get his tft replaced compared to 2 1/2 weeks with me and acer.
