I've not heard back yet about the 8 pin cable
I sent an email on the 28th may asking about obtaining an 8 pin cable for my 620HX PSU.
I said in the email that I no longer have the original emailed invoice and sent a screenshot of the order instead and asked if this was ok. I still have the original paper receipt though if that is any good. I've not heard anything back yet, just wondering if I should have done and how long it normally takes. Is it possible to order the cable from anywhere else if I don't hear back or are 4 pin adaptors ok to use? I want to get a new GFX card soon and need to sort the cable out. Thanks for any help. |
