    Corsair 450VX EPS/ATX12V 8-4 pin question

    Hi Corsair,

I want to buy one of these:

    http://www.corsair.com/products/vx.aspx

And attach it to one of these:

    http://www.giga-byte.com/Products/Mo...ProductID=2500

but I was wondering exactly how the "EPS/ATX12V 8-4 pin" plug works. In the picture it looks like a solid 4 by 2 plug:

Will this be compatible with the 2 by 2 12V connector on that motherboard?

it can separate into 2 connectors, to fit 4pin slots like the one in your pic.
