HX520 UK sent off an email but my proof of purcahse is in swedis.

Hello Guys, i've recently moved to the UK and wanted to add some more harddrives to my rig.
Problem is i lost my corsair Cable bag in the move. I have an electronic copy of my purschase from back home witch is in Sweden, so i don't know if the corsair email adress provided in the sticky will accept that, i am however prepared to pay for the cables i just need to get ahold of them desperatly.

I sent them an email with a copy of the POP and My work adress, but ahvent heard anyhting back was yesterday afternoon, if anyone here has had similar experience or can point me in the right direction of a reseller i would be very greatfull.

SorbP, when I emailed Corsair I didn't receive a response till about 2 weeks later, most likely because I didn't actually state what cable I required.

you'll prolly get an official reply from Yellowbeard (he's based in the US IIRC)

but he replies to most/all corsairs threads (unlike ATi's support team....) but he's a top bloke and nice to deal with

but i'm pretty sure that corsair will sort you out...

i think.. that it is bluebeard that deals with the cable side of things.. cos blackbeard is the UK corsair dude and i'm not sure about rebeard, all i know is that he is stateside...

so yellowbeard may pass this onto bluebeard , i think bluebeards based in sweden aswell.. don't quote me on that tho...

and i don't think that the language of the invoice matters.. aslong as it is an invoice...

Cheers mate, i sent of a new e-mail with specific cable details i'm looking for 2x SATA & 1x PCI-E power cables. I am from sweden but i'm currently based in the UK for a year, and lost my cabels while moving. Hope that doesent force me to get em from the swedish side of things, but i mean it's a corsair powersuply and sicne thay ahve set up this routine in the UK hopefully they will be able to sort me out, i've realy searched high and low and havent found anyone that sells them i even tried to get one of the Customer Returns part of eBuyer.com but no luck. Anyways still waiting for a reply, i will keep you posted on any updates, Cheers!

i did was my work adress, because of how the psotalsystem works here, if your not home witch no person with normal working hours is, your not gonna recive your parsel

well my cables arrived in like $1.50 postage (well packaged though), my posty just put them among my normal mail, no box or anything requiring a signature

No idea, but for me it was sent from the states, padded envelope containing two 8pin PCI-E cables, I actually only wanted 1, but in the my email I didn't specific anything, can't believe I did that, such a goof.
(Someone at Corsair has a mind reader or something )
