What psu do you have? Corsair do replacement individual and full sets but the full sets are from £65 which is the price of a half decent psu. They also are only for certain models of their psu's. Bitfenix, Akasa, NZXT and Silverstone all do extension cables which just fit to the ends of your current cables. All are available here at OCUK.

In that case you need the extension cables I linked to above.

    Re: Individually Sleeved Cables

Nope. I use the Akasa 24 pin and 8 pin power extensions and have never had any problems. I only use them because they are more flexible. I used to use the PCI-e ones as well before I had my current psu as my old one had cables that were just too stiff. The Seasonic I have now has nice flat cables for everything but the 24 and 8 pin power leads which is why I use the extensions for those.

Can i use different cables for my psu or do they have to be psu specific obviously apart from the cpu and 24pin

    Re: Individually Sleeved Cables

As they are just extensions that plug onto the ends of your existing cables they are for any psu. If you actually want to replace the modular cables you already have then you will have to buy a new psu as the only company I know of that does replacement cable sets for their psu's is Corsair and even then only for a couple of their models. They are also stupidly expensive and can almost double the original cost of a psu. Bitfenix sells the Fury which comes with their Alchemy cables but they are quite expensive for what they are. They are a mediocre unit built by FSP and based on their Aurum platform. There is a review of the 750w unit here and you can buy them at OCUK. Personally I don't think that they are worth the money as the cost of the cables are bumping up the price of a mid range psu that should be much cheaper. I reckon the best way forward for you is to just go with the extension cables.
