I dunno, there's been an eery silence from the FIA, and not even much of a denial from B.E.

I am really not sure what all the fuss is about, its his private life and has nothing to do with the job he does. In all honesty I don't believe that anybody is without their own 'perversions' and having a twisted orgy sex session with 5 hookers at his age sounds like bloody good fun to me!

Well, bumpage as judgement was passed today. I luckily timed my journey home to coincide with start of the always excellent PM on Radio 4, and it was an eye opener.

Essentially the NOTW's argument was that they had every right to publish a video taken inside someone's own private property without his consent because they found his conduct immoral. Not illegal, immoral. I love the bit where the editor claims that they have been stifled by 'judges unfriendly to freedom of expression'- well what about Mosely's right to freely express his sexuality, you hypocritical idiot?

But the lawyer interviewed from 9.00 onwards really takes the biscuit.

Despite their constant bleating to the contrary, tabloid newspeapers have shown time and time again that they have no sense of moral code. Pictures of Diana dying and wild, unsupported accusations levelled at the mccans and Robert Murat, are just a few examples that spring to mind.

Suggest that parents were invloved in their childs dissaperance without a shred of evidence, simply to sell more papers

I really dont think it is in the public interest to disclose the private s&m shenanigans of anyone and its an absolute joke that a tabliod is judging it as immoral.

At the end of the day, this will probably not stop the NOTW doing this sort of thing again. They have ruined Mosely's repuation to sell a load of newspapers and managed to get a bunch of free publicity for their worthless rag at the same time.
