That back plate has my mouth watering, it is so awesome. The whole build is very well put together from a quick once over. I would love to get my hands on it and check out behind the back plate. Just too see it. Bravo OP, Bravo!
I thank you for the complement. Following are two pictures from the build log. The first one shows the measurements for a backplate and bulkhead cover which anyone with a Cosmos 2 can use and the second one has them in place without the carbon vinyl on for testing.

You and my brother would get along very well. He is a machinist who did a ground based liquid pipe. Which is amazingly awesome. He would be all over forming plastic or Plexiglas like that. I on the other hand would have to pay some one I think.

    Very cool stuff though!

Measure twelve times, double check three times and make sure your double checks are right a couple more times lol.

Re: My first ever liquid cooled build

I don't know if it's just the blurring of the noctua fans, but it looks like you've got a solid matt of dust between them and the rad.
One general tip I've seen for water cooling if you're using a single set of fans is have them in pull not push.
Has no real effect of the air flow/heat as the fans should be flush against the rad.
The main reason for having them in push is it makes cleaning out dust a whole lot easier as you don't have to remove the fans as any dust/fluff build up is on the other side of the rad.

Also on your build to keep the air flow in the same direction you'd have to put the fans behind the rad and thus hide them
I don't think the Noctua colour scheme is that bad, but it never matches with anything else, so almost always clashes.

Re: My first ever liquid cooled build

Thanks for the comment buddy. I gathered this information from a video from Linus and that's why I kept the top radiator fans in pull. Too bad it's not the case with the bottom radiator as it's an 80mm thick radiator and it's got another set of Noctuas pulling from the back. You've got hawk eyes, I'll give you that. There is a bit of dust build up but that's going to come out for my next mod.
