    Mid-Tier Gaming Build + Monitor (£800)

This build is primarily for gaming and maybe for streaming/some video editing. The person I'm building it for won't be overclocking and would like it to be orientated around the Prodigy case. However do you think this is the best build for the price of £800 including the monitor. Right now it totals at £791 and I was wondering if there was something I missed that could improve it. The future owner also established that they would very much like an ssd. They already have an OS.
    Thanks

I've been using the prodigy and it's a very nice case, however I've found I can hear the fans, running an A10-5700. Not sure if this is because it's a stock cooler though. Maybe look at an after market cooler?

I'm also running a fan in the front and I've found this can pick up a lot of dust in a short period.

I'm currently thinking about upgrading to an i5 and it would be good to see how this build pans out

    Re: Mid-Tier Gaming Build + Monitor (£800)

I have had trouble with stock AMD fans as well, a pc I built with an FX 8320 sounded like an aeroplane taking off.. This build uses the Intel fans which from my experience are more quiet.

I'll keep you updated, although I don't think I'll be building it for a while as the person I'm building it for is having trouble with funding.. We'll see what happens

In terms of gaming, perfect. In terms of video editing and streaming, an i7 or even just an OC would be quite nice I have found.

You can get an R9 280 which performs better than the 760 at similar prices. Also, either go with a cheaper H87 board or get a haswell refresh CPU if you're going with H97
