    Build looks good to me..

The Corsair 540 is an awesome case. If it were me I would change the following: (only for cosmetic reasons)

Memory to a red version (maintaining a red & black theme)
Some Bitfenix Alchemy Red & Black extension cables

I'd also consider changing the monitor to a 120hz (or above) 1080p monitor if you're planning on using it for gaming

Know of any 1440p 27" displays with 120hz around the £370-£500 range? I cant seem to find any.

    Unfortunatley nothing as of yet.

Asus did announce one, the ROG Swift PG278Q but it seems to have been delayed

(Will be getting one for myself - assuming the reviews are good)

    Damn.

    Well trigger has been pulled.

Purchased the 27" Dell UltraSharp U2713HM over the DGM in the end, mainly as it had slightly lower response for gaming on reviews.

I spent £1780 in all... Ouch...
