New PC build (Mid-High end) [suggestion pls]

Hi everyone, I'm trying to make my first PC build, so far i decided so far the "pilars" of the build (CPU, MOBO and GPU) but I want to confirm with you the details of the build. I had some restrictions:
    • I want to OC the CPU 24/7
    • I live near the sea (near 70-80% humidity in summer w/ 25-30ºC)
    • I need the computer to be as silent as posible

And my budget is arround 1100 € (1500$)

So far this are my choices (i hope they are good enough) All the prices are @ Pccomponentes

    Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5Ghz Box 215€
    MSI Z97-G45 Gaming 129€
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 29€
    Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR3 1866 PC3-14900 8GB CL10 1.5V 78€
    Crucial MX100 128GB SSD SATA3 65€
    Seagate Barracuda 7200.14 1TB SATA3 47€
    Thermaltake Urban T31 79€
    Corsair CS650M 650W 80 Plus Gold 83€
    Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 OC 2GB GDDR5 295€

Total budget (whit IVA [spanish VAT]) 1020€

I don't know if the change of the Hyper 212 EVO for a H80i water cooling system worth it or not. And also Idk for sure if the MOBO its the most adecuated to my needs

    Thx a lot ^^

The board should be fine for your needs.

Dont waste money on 1866 ram either buy 1600 or much faster 2133/2400 (though the gains are marginal for the extra speed/money).

With the humiddity and heat I would say water cooling is essential or top end air cooling like Noctua nh-d14/d15. Also bare in mind that the case you have chosen is sound proofed which will also trap heat inside. A h80/H100 may be the better option and the bigger h100 will also fit in the roof space.

The last picture shows thermaltakes h100 version fitted.
