As for the GPU that seems to be personal preference as long as you stay within the same model but different brands.

As for the PSU I was going to get a CX600 but some much smarter people than me suggested the RM650 series and cannot complain about it, and it's zero fan RPM mode is great too.

Nice solid build. I'd perhaps go for a different power supply though, I have friends with the CX series power supplies and, while they have had no problems, I keep hearing complaints online about coil whining issues.
