Which SSD for HTPC/Plex Media Server

I am currently still planning my HTPC/Plex Media server and I have chosen everything but my SSD. This HTPC will be on 24/7 as it will be streaming media using the Plex Media Server client, it will also be used to store games and other miscellaneous programs. Reliability will be my Priority.

    I have looked at
    Patriot Ignite 240GB SSD
    Patriot Blaze 240GB SSD
    Intel 535 240GB SSD(hard to find locally)
    Kingston HyperX Savage 240GB
    OCZ Trion 240GB
    OCZ ARC 240GB

Anyone have any advice or suggestions on which SSD i should purchase for my build.
    Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Whichever's cheapest. The hardware is so close it'd be very difficult to tell one from another even if you had them side by side.

Alternatively, whichever company offers best support in your locality.

EndlessWaves is right, you're not going to notice much (if any) difference between the drives, you'll want to looks at 2 things:
    1) Price (cheapest)
    2) Reliability (Best MTTF)
I haven't really researched either to be honest but I'd suggest price being the key factor as all are reputable brands that don't sell stuff likely to fail.

Sandisk's Ultra II has been on sale a lot lately, it's another one well worth considering.

id recommend a samsung 850 evo. they have a pretty decent price/performance ratio and are known to be very reliable. You really can't go wrong with a reputable brand such as samsung. I hear corsair's and hyperx's SSDs are pretty good too though (however, ive never used one)

OCZ ARC over Trion. Try to avoid BX200 (surprisingly inconsistent performance reviews), unless the price difference warrants it. Right now Ultra II from SanDisk (240GB) is for £55. Or Ebuyer has SanDisk Plus 240GB for £45. Either way for a HTPC any would be fine

Not really, none of the competing SSDs had the sort of issues the 840 Evo did.
