    Gaming: Max settings, 1080p, 60fps [$1,000]

    Hi guys,
I'm going to buy a gaming PC and need your opinion on this build:
    CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Skylake [$204.95 @ Amazon]
    Motherboard: MSI H170A PC Mate LGA1151 [$104.15 @ Amazon]
    Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-2400 [$84.99 @ Amazon]
    Storage #1: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB 2.5" [$84.34 @ Amazon]
    Storage #2: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM [$70.99 @ Amazon]
    Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 390 8GB Nitro [$339.99 @ Amazon]
    Case: NZXT Source S340 [$90.99 @ Amazon]
Power Supply: FSP Raider 650W 80+ Silver [$67.00 @ Amazon]
    Keyboard: Logitech K120 Wired [$14.79 @ Amazon]
Mouse: Razer DeathAdder Chroma Wired [$57.99 @ Amazon]
    Total: $1120.18

    - The power supply "FSP Raider 650W Silver" is not avalible in 'PcPartPicker.com', but I'm thinking of buying it. Is it any good?
    - I'm concerned about the motherboard, because I didn't find any reviews about this model. Is it any good? [I don't plan to overclock]
    - I'm also thinking about downgrading the DDR4 to a simple 2133mhz. Is 2400mhz really worth the extra dollars?

    1,100 USD

    Purpose
    Gaming + Light graphic editing

    Assassin's Creed: Syndicate

    Desired settings (in games)
    Maximum or Very high

    Desired resolution (in games)

Afraid you might not get a huge amount of help with budget or regionally specific products since we're UK based for the most part.

In general that looks like an OK build - you're concentrating on the GPU which is a sensible thing to do in terms of gaming value for money.

Skylake does seem to show some increase in performance with faster RAM, so I wouldn't be too quick to downgrade unless it saved you enough money to step up a different component.

In your country if the 2tb hardrive seagate is in the similar price bracket for a WD blue double check what warranty is longer and choose that one.

Just remember there are loads of games where 60fps 1080p at max settings is impossible.

A couple I know about:- Elite Dangerous and Company of Heroes 2.

However, most if not all of the time both games will be >=60fps but not always.

Actually, the goal is to get at least 45fps in very high settings in ALL games. 45+ is reasonable & satisfying, that is the goal.
    Will it do the job?

Thanks man. I'm getting 3 years warranty on Seagate (versus 2 years on WD Blue).
