Why not buy 2 monitors the same model?

What R9 card are you getting? You might need to get a larger PSU.

Or a different one anyway, 550W is sufficient capacity with a stock CPU but that model has 1x8-pin and 1x6-pin connectors so it won't work for 300-375W graphics cards with two 8-pin connectors.

Do go for dual channel memory, these are some indications that low memory bandwidth can affect minimum frame rates in some games.

The price difference for the 6400 is pretty minimal these days, so I would consider that instead of the 4460.

Any gaming monitor without variable refresh rate only has a more tenuous claim to the name these days, consider something with Adaptive Sync/Freesync like the AOC G2460VQ6.

An SSD is well worth having if you're using the machine for anything other than gaming.

Re: What would you rate this build?

I would stick with one module now and add one later. Single channel makes rather minimal differences. In my opinion.

The lack of detail about the GPU leaves space for speculation but even a R9 390 is happy with a 500W PSU.4406

The choice of two monitors may be odd but I guess the OP plans to keep "one for thinking, another for dancing".

What is the price difference between 44xx vs 64xx?

Do you intend to overclock the Cpu or graphics card as thats going to have a big bearing ?
Also defiantly agree add in an SSD as your boot drive - prices are now so low for them even if you went for a small one.
