Blue Screen of Death

My 3xs system which is less than 1 week old has began to give me BSODS while playing battlefield 4. So far it's only ever been on this game. It's never happened anytime else and only began today, ironically while playing on a Scans Bf4 server. So is this a software issue or a hardware fault?

Can you email your minidump files and System build/Invoice number to systemsupport@scan.co.uk and we can check these for you

these are located at C:\Windows\minidump

Are you using the latest graphics card drivers for the system as these will be required for BF4 as it is a new game
