Dear Customer
The delivery of your 3XS system can take a few working days once it has been passed to dispatch as our systems are delivered by our onsite company instead of standard couriers we have used in the past
The onsite team (Netsolve) will call and if they cant get hold of the customer email and confirm a date and a rough eta for the delivery/setup so that you don't have to take any un-necessary time off work (Estimated deliveries are 2-3 days dependent on location)
If you have an alternate contact number or a mobile number that we can pass onto them it may make it easier to arrange the system delivery
While this delivery can delay the system in getting to you it is guaranteed to arrive and be setup if you require by Netsolve
We have tried normal couriers in the past and next day deliveries don't always guarantee a system that is working when you receive it, we feel that a few extra days and the guarantee that the system will work once you receive it is a better service to give for our 3XS Systems
We have introduced this service to look after the delivery of our customers 3XS systems as we have had systems go missing and that have been damaged in transit in the past which in turn causes more frustration for our valued 3XS System customers
