Ordered New PC

Hey lads.
I ordered a new pc with you guys for a rather large sum of cash and not heard anything from yourselves but am guessing that's normal due to the order being made on the weekend?

Also wondering how i go about getting you guys to post photo's of the build on here like others have had?

Feel ya mate - I posted thank you on my last post on this forum and just had an update from Phill saying 'Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we are having to delay the build and dispatch of your system by 5 working days'

1 Month for a non-liquid cooled Custom PC. Very disappointed.I guess Ill be using the old PC for BLOPS2.

Feel ya mate - I posted thank you on my last post on this forum and just had an update from Phill saying 'Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we are having to delay the build and dispatch of your system by 5 working days'

1 Month for a non-liquid cooled Custom PC. Very disappointed.I guess Ill be using the old PC for BLOPS2.

I received exactly the same email from Scan. They must be experiencing significant problems.

Got an email today. its not getting built till the 26th.. so fair bit time to sit and wait. lol

Hi Camsedin, I spent over £2500 with Scan, there service is a little slow it takes about 1 month from ordering pc to it being ready to ship.

The emails can be at times, confusing with the info they give and the info on the website as to how your order is doing.

You must hold on, it is well worth the wait, my computer is running sweet. Quiet, fast and not one single problem.

The delivery service is great as well once you get the date it will be sent.

funny thing is..a mate ordered his PC after i ordered mine.. and his is in testing and getting sent out already lol

Maybe it was one of their systems that are "ready to ship"?

Might explain why his has gone straight through to the testing phase.

[Edit: Thought I'd back up what Scarletsboy has said. I've had 2 pc's built by them and both were top notch. I've also purchased parts from them to build my own and received great customer service throughout. I'm sure you won't be disappointed once it arrives ].

My friend just had his delivered to him in Wales - He loves - I have not heard form him in 20 hours ! Mines due in a week now, ordered on 21st Oct.
