    Corsair H100i LED's broken?

    Hi,

I've had my 3XS system since Feb/March 2013 so not too long now, however I have noticed over that time how the H100i has slowly gone less white, until I turned it on recently and it was bright red!

I though I was seeing things when it started showing yellowy/red colours the past couple of weeks, as it was brilliant white upon purchase..

Is there any way that this can be fixed as I have no clue how to change the LED's back?

    Cheers,

    James

    Hi,

You should have Corsair Link software installed, that allows you to change the colour of the LED's

    Re: Corsair H100i LED's broken?

Hello all, sorry for the lateness in this reply,

the problem isn't fixed by this - adjusting the sliders doesn't change the colour of the H100i,

    any other suggestions?

    Hi senseitj2

You can try and unplug the USB from inside the caseand then plug it back in again as it may reset it
Do this while the system is off and if you refer to the motherboard manual the USB connections are at the bottom right on the motherboard usually

If the H100 is not fixed by doing this we will collect your system and replace it here under Scans Warranty

Please email your Build and Invoice to systemsupport@scan.co.uk

    Regards

    Ben
