    New sale query

    Hi All,

    Anyone know how long it takes Scan to response to a sales query????

    You should receive a response within 24hrs, do you have a query that has not been responses to ?

    Don't worry Chris, I've given my custom to Chilliblast who answered my queries within 1/2 hour.
    They fullly deserve my £6,000 PC order, Scan are pathetic!

    Because of an entire 30 minutes?

    They do have a store to work in and don't sit on Hexus 24 / 7.
    Either this is some sort of bull account just to make SCAN look bad or you are the pathetic one.

    No Chris, I e-mailed Lee Horan with a query about customizing a 3XS Scan Carbon SLI system.
    Apparently it takes three working days for Scan to find an engineer to ascertain whether a Hyrdo H100i cooler can replace a Hydro H80i cooler...... (And some other questions I asked too.)

    Surely if it was that important the customer could've followed up with a phone call? I mean maybe the NSA intercepted the email?
    I think this seems an unreasonable complaint to say you guys are pathetic?
    Anyway, I'd like to say I'd always had good service from you guys.

    I find people with more money than sense want things right now and think that's the way it should be .. but rushing into something has never been a good idea ..
    spending 6k on a system myself would want a watercooled double loop fitted ..

    but hey it's his money ..and scan do get it right 90% of the time ..just think for a little more he could have had scans table setup that awesome show piece they have in store
