Ah, so am I correct in understanding that initially 10% is paid plus the £20 arrangement fee, then if the balance is paid in full before the 9 months is up it doesn't incur further charges? So if my LG1710 costs £1600, I would pay £180 when the order is placed then pay £1440 within 9 months?

That sounds about right, but it would be best to check specifics with our finance company on 02920 468 900 to be sure.

BTW, I added the spare PSU option to the LG1710 configurator last night. Thanks for the reminder on this, it slipped my mind when I first added it to the website.

And the order was placed today! Hooray! Can't wait for it to arrive... to the family business which is in Wales while I'm in England. Going to be hard waiting the next month until I can go visit for Christmas and actually pick up the thing, especially after it's delivered and I know it's just sat waiting there in the box hahaha

Well, today I finally got my hands on the computer! It was delivered on time last week, but as I mentioned it was delivered to my family's business and I wouldn't be visiting until Christmas. However my mum was in Hereford today so I caught a bus up there to go meet up and go shopping, and she brought the laptop with her. Hooray!

I'm utterly amazed at how good the machine is. I booted it up and it was practically silent, it's much lighter than I expected and it works like a dream, so powerful. Seriously great work guys, this laptop is awesome.

What graphics option did you go for in the end, Alex?

I went for the 780m in the end. It runs amazingly well, kicks the arse of all the games I've tried so far, even Metro. It doesn't get particularly hot or loud either. Really glad I picked it.
