I ordered a 3XS Z97 Vengeance desktop on the 1st of November, recieved my invoice which said it would be despatched on the 10th and I was happy with that. Anyway I checked the online build tracker on Friday at 12 o'clock and it was in the memory test phase of the build.
I again checked today and it's still in the memory test phase as of 3 o'clock so I phoned scan to find out any info, to be told I would be called back straight away by the build manager. It's now 18.22 and surprise suprise still no phone call.
Every email with a query I've sent I get no response even after emailing people direct I've had no response. Even when phoning up to make a few changes to my system I get told someone will call you back to change your order and it ended up me doing the leg work. I feel as though scan's customer service is terrible.
Anyone else had similar problems like these.
