    Enermax PSU RMA issue.

    I would really like some help with an issue I am having with an RMA and going back and forth with scan so far is not achieving anything.

    I contacted scan when my Enermax 525W Pro 82 stopped working. It was under 2 years old and to be fair was not used in a gaming machine or even that regurly.

    I was told to RMA it back to scan which I thought was a great idea as I know scan have a very good returns policy and normally quick turnarounds.

    I sent the item back and the fault was found as I had described.

    A week later there was no more word so I got in contact via email, I was later told that they would not refund or replace as the item was 20 months old. At this point I’m confused as what does that matter enermax have a 3 year no quibbles return policy.

    So I have now been in contact with Enermax who say that my PSU is covered by warranty and they WILL replace it!

    So I ask scan to send it back to enermax with an RMA number that they have given me- but now scan will not send the PSU back to enermax.

    This whole situation is becoming a real waste of time for me and I would like it to be sorted out ASAP, if anyone from here can help I would hugely appreciate it.

    Thanks for your quick reply David, I have attempted to phone scan and keep being told who I need to speak to is not in the office. Every time I email I just get a response from Wesley who seems to be the most unhelpful person- possibly because he is just a junior and cannot apply the logic or does not have the privileges at scan to go beyond the normal RMA streams.

    Thanks David I really appreciate it, to be fair Scan has always been amazing for customer service and returns just on this single occassion it has caused me nothing but grief.
